Job summary

Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support federal proposal pricing, financial modeling, and AI-enabled analysis across proposals, task orders, and contracts.

The role requires advanced Excel, pricing experience, and guidance to junior staff, with collaboration across capture, contracts, finance, and project management to ensure compliant, competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or a related discipline.
• Five to ten years of relevant professional experience in pricing, cost estimating, proposals, finance, accounting, budgeting, project control, contracts, or federal government contracting.
• Demonstrated experience developing cost and pricing models for federal government proposals.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to use generative AI and AI-enabled productivity tools responsibly in financial, pricing, proposal, or analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Review solicitations and pricing instructions, formats, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and validate Excel-based cost and pricing models for proposals.
• Translate staffing plans and work structures into labor-hour estimates.
• Prepare pricing by employee, category, task, and location and perform scenario analyses.
• Lead or participate in pricing model reviews and quality-control of proposal pricing.
• Coordinate with multiple functions to obtain inputs and ensure compliant, competitive pricing.
