Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator/Supervisor to join our PMO, supporting Federal Partner agency mission activities through project coordination, documentation, and reporting.

You will collaborate with federal stakeholders and internal teams to manage cost estimates, proposals, project delivery, onboarding, and process improvements. Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project coordination or PM support experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for burn reports and tracking tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources, timesheets, and subcontractors with timely completion of commitments.
• Support PMO leadership in coordinating activities related to federal mission objectives.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders and internal teams on delivery and reporting.
• Create, review proposals, cost estimates, burn reports, and statements of work.
• Assist onboarding and coordinate team activities across stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, track risks and issues, and communicate updates.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure process consistency across PMO.
