Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client's customized construction management system. The role includes virtual and in-person sessions for diverse personnel, plus supporting organizational change across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong classroom facilitation background, experience with software training, and willingness to travel extensively to support deployment activities. 100% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience; travel may be required.
• Experience delivering software or enterprise system training.
• Ability to support large-scale organizational change initiatives across geography.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and in-person environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines; respond to participant questions.
• Maintain classroom engagement and effective management throughout sessions.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer and knowledge transfer activities.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics; collect feedback for improvement.
• Represent training team professionally with government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment activities.
