Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training in support of a Federal Government client’s customized construction management system rollout. You will conduct both virtual and in-person sessions for diverse audiences including project managers, engineering staff, and contractors.

Responsibilities include following lesson plans, guiding participants, tracking attendance, and coordinating schedules with Training and Program Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3 years of related experience preferred/required depending on workload.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency varies by duties and project demands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and materials during training.
• Answer participant questions and provide functional guidance.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate course schedules and logistics with Training Managers.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect student feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team to Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
