Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal client onverting to a customized construction management system. You will conduct sessions virtually and in person for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, and external contractors, ensuring they gain the knowledge to use the new system effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. 3 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans, course materials, and guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Serve as a professional representative of the training team.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
