Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a mid‑level Project Management Associate to support the Project Management Team across the program lifecycle, SDLC processes, and stakeholder engagement.

You will help coordinate planning, tracking, reporting, configuration management, and asset management while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance on defense, national security, and civilian health programs.

Qualifications

• SDLC familiarity across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment
• Stakeholder engagement with diverse groups including leadership
• Facilitate product owner requirements gathering and backlog management
• Coordinate planning, tracking, and reporting for multiple projects
• Document project plans, status reports, and technical documentation
• Experience with configuration/asset management and inventory processes

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning activities including schedule development, milestone tracking, and deliverable coordination
• Support initiation activities such as charter development, requirements gathering, and baseline establishment
• Track KPIs and status across multiple projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support execution
• Facilitate meetings and document actions and decisions
• Assist in preparing status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings
• Support lessons learned documentation at closeout
