Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in the United States seeks a Program Senior Manager to act as the central point of contact with Federal Civilian Health, providing oversight, coordination, and strategic guidance across the contract. You will drive issue resolution and program performance, coordinating tasks across teams and executives.

You will manage projects, staff, schedules, budgets, and communications, perform systematic analyses, and present recommendations to improve program strategy.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least one of the listed certifications (PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, SPC).
• Proven experience managing a contract of similar scope and impact.
• Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of industry experience.
• Experience leading a team, project or program.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with Federal Civilian Health for all program-wide issues.
• Oversee issue resolution and ensure effective program management across contract activities.
• Provide comprehensive account support and authority for task orders.
• Conduct analyses and deliver recommendations on program strategies.
• Manage and staff projects, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Develop, submit, and secure budget approvals.
• Lead regular status meetings with client management and stakeholders.
• Schedule and deliver quarterly presentations to Federal Civilian Health.
