Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking senior engineering and business development professionals to support defense and federal programs. You will craft technical architecture, translate complex concepts into clear content, and lead proposal development from inception to submission.

You will collaborate with SMEs, ensure quality across documents, and help align technical assets with opportunities while maintaining schedule discipline and compliance with RFP requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering/cloud experience with complex systems.
• Business Development experience including supporting proposals, RFPs, white papers, etc.
• Experience supporting military/DOD clients.
• Understanding of cloud Impact Levels (IL2-IL6).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical architecture/solutioning across Defense portfolio.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts; ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content.
• Write, edit, and format technical documents (proposals, white papers, reports).
• Lead and manage proposal development from inception to submission; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Support development and alignment of Accenture technical assets.
• Develop proposal schedules and ensure deadlines and RFP compliance.
