Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking an experienced, execution‑focused technology leader to join our team as a Director responsible for technical delivery and engineering leadership on a large, mission‑critical Federal technology program. You will drive end‑to‑end engineering execution, partner with program leadership, and scale the technology stack to ensure secure, high‑quality delivery across multiple agencies.
This role requires strong leadership of managers and senior engineers, deep cloud and DevSecOps
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years in technical leadership roles within large-scale software or platform environments.
- Experience leading engineering delivery for complex Federal systems with high availability and security requirements.
- Proven ability to lead managers and senior engineers across multiple delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering execution on a large, mission-critical Federal platform.
- Drive architecture decisions ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Mentor engineering managers and senior leads; scale teams in a dynamic delivery environment.
- Collaborate with program leadership to align technical priorities with contractual requirements and milestones.
