Job summary

• Extensive experience supporting operational planning in a Federal government environment.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels to drive alignment.
• Experience coordinating training and onboarding for new customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate user needs to product teams and maintain high product proficiency.
• Lead or support exercises and coordinate incident resolution across teams.
• Drive adoption of Onebrief by training customers and expanding usage.
• Align efforts with Partner Engagement Managers to keep workflows synchronized.
