Job summary

Onebrief is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager to implement Onebrief at federal customers. You will train, coach, and coordinate with federal agencies, ensuring successful planning events and adoption of Onebrief capabilities.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, deep federal experience, and the ability to navigate complex organizations. You will report to the Operations Manager for Federal Delivery and work across a distributed team, with on-site and remote collaboration as

Qualifications

• Experience supporting operational planning and coordination in a Federal government environment.
• Experience engaging stakeholders at multiple levels to drive alignment and execution.
• Familiarity with exercises, readiness activities, and security requirements for deploying software on classified networks.
• Proven ability to expand adoption and presence within Federal customer organizations, especially for software solutions.
• Experience providing high-touch customer support in person and remotely, coordinating incident resolution across teams.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate user needs to the product team and maintain high product proficiency.
• Leverage Company resources to meet goals and drive adoption.
• Lead or support exercises and customer engagements.
• Identify gaps in workflows and drive Onebrief adoption and optimization.
• Coordinate incident responses with customers, Product, and Engineering teams.
