Job summary

Onebrief, a distributed team building AI-powered workflow software for military planning, seeks a strategic, hands-on Corporate FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise-wide expense planning.

You’ll lead a small team of FP&A partners, automate processes, and partner with executives to scale the function as Onebrief grows, ensuring data integrity across ERP, RevRec, and Planful.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS.
• Experience evolving a three-statement Long Range Plan with balance sheet, cash flow, burn, and runway forecasts.
• Hands-on administration experience with Planful or a similar FP&A platform; manage data hierarchies.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, Rule of 40, CAC, CLTV, gross margin, retention).
• Experience creating executive-ready materials and translating complex analysis into concise insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, coordinating FP&A inputs into a cohesive company plan.
• Ensure financial data integrity across ERP/HR/RevRec/Planful systems.
• Lead monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and executive-ready materials.
• Drive automation and streamlining of expense forecasting and planning tools.
• Maintain and evolve the three-statement Long Range Plan with growth assumptions.
• Forecast balance sheet, cash flow, burn, and runway for Leadership visibility.
• Administer Planful configurations, security, templates, and hierarchies.
• Lead and develop the FP&A Business Partner team and cross-functional partnerships.
