Job summary

Cape is seeking a Government Operations Analyst to support our Product Operations team in Arlington, VA. You will act as a force multiplier, driving operational outcomes for government and national security programs and coordinating with engineers and partners to ensure reliable deployments.

You will own post-release technical issues, perform rigorous QA, and help codify processes into manuals that scale for large-scale government work.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance (at least) required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in military, law enforcement, or national security environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational outcomes for the Government/National Security stream.
• Serve as SME for post-deployment issues and coordinate with internal engineering or external partners.
• Lead hardware and services deployment and onboarding for government programs.
• Perform end-to-end QA for weekly releases across devices, OS, and secure networks.
• Document SOPs and field manuals to scale support for large-scale government programs.
• Translate complex system failures into actionable information for commanders and stakeholders.
