Vantor Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst to monitor collection and production performance for core programs. You will analyze operational data, identify risks, and support mitigation processes to help meet program objectives.

The role requires a U.S. citizen with an active U.S. Government security clearance and experience with GIS tools, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration across Windows/Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in project analysis, program support, production operations, mission operations, or a related field.
• Experience with GIS software, database querying, and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and cross-platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in global collection demands and production performance to support business requirements.
• Detect operational challenges and develop mitigation strategies with escalation as needed.
• Manage internal tasking decks for product strategy and live demonstrations.
• Coordinate daily operations with cross-functional teams to ensure imagery delivery from collection to processing.
• Create dashboards, status reports, and KPIs to communicate performance to customers and products.
• Support cross-departmental communication on status, milestones, issues, and resolutions.
• Assess order requirements to determine collection feasibility using in-house tools.
• Prioritize workloads and proactively support teams, including after-hours shifts for a 24/7 operations environment.
