Job summary

Cape, America’s privacy-first mobile carrier, seeks a Government Operations Analyst to support the Product Operations team and government customers. You will own operational outcomes, act as the SME for post-deployment issues, and lead the rollout of hardware and services with rigorous QA across devices and secure networks.

This role requires an active Secret clearance, a strong background in government or national security contexts, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; discipline valued.
• Active Secret clearance (minimum) with potential TS/SCI upgrade.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows and priorities.
• Experience in military, law enforcement, or national security environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational outcomes within Government/National Security stream.
• Serve as SME for post-deployment issues and coordinate with engineering.
• Lead deployment and fulfillment of hardware and services.
• Execute QA for weekly releases across devices and secure networks.
• Codify processes into SOPs and field manuals.
