Job summary

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) seeks qualified candidates for administrative and management positions within Homeland Security Investigations, with duties in various locations, including the National Capital Region.

Selected applicants will coordinate a wide range of office operations, serve as subject-matter experts on administrative matters, and support program improvements through studies and guidance to DHS partners.

Qualifications

• GS-13: at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 in the Federal service.
• Experience managing/administering a wide range of office operations and services.
• Providing authoritative guidance to supervisors, managers, and employees on complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform a wide variety of administrative and management services essential to the office operations.
• Serve as an expert on assigned administrative matters.
• Conduct studies on new requirements in program operations, legislation, or agency regulations.
• Provide authoritative advice and guidance to key stakeholders.
