Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Sr. PSA, AI-Accelerated MigMod for the AMER Tech Partner Team to accelerate customer migrations and modernizations to AWS through our partner ecosystem.

The role is hands-on and partner-facing, embedding with ISV/SI partners and customer engagements to write code, build integrations, and troubleshoot migrations with GenAI and AWS Transform capabilities. Strong cloud, AI/ML, and partner development skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology domain experience (software development, cloud, systems engineering, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 3+ years of experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and validate AI-powered migration and modernization solutions across .NET, SQL Server, and virtualized workloads using AWS Transform and AWS services.
• Embed hands-on with ISV and SI partners — writing code, building integrations, and unblocking live migrations, then turning field learnings into repeatable patterns.
• Design GenAI architectures and pipelines to reduce migration timelines and manual effort.
• Enable partners to integrate AWS Transform APIs and guide model selection, prompt engineering, and GenAIOps.
• Collaborate with AWS teams to scale partner-led programs and inform the product roadmap.
• Publish reference architectures and technical content to enable the broader SA and partner community.
