Job summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. PSA, AI-Accelerated MigMod to shape and deliver strategies accelerating customer migrations and modernizations to AWS through the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering)
- 3+ years design, implementation, or consulting in applications/infrastructures
- 3+ years implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Architect AI-powered migration and modernization solutions across .NET, SQL Server, and virtualized workloads on AWS
- Embed hands-on with ISV/SI partners—code, integrations, and migrations
- Design GenAI architectures and RAG pipelines to reduce migration timelines
- Enable partners to integrate AWS Transform APIs and guide GenAI deployment and guardrails
- Collaborate with AWS teams to scale partner-led programs and inform product roadmap
- Publish reference architectures and technical content for the partner community
