Job summary

Johnson Controls Federal Systems (JCFS) seeks a Site Superintendent/Foreman to manage field teams at the Pentagon site in Arlington, VA, focusing on HVAC controls, BAS and related equipment. The role requires strong supervision, coordination with subcontractors, and adherence to safety and contract standards.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of construction supervision, experience with HVAC systems, and the ability to obtain security clearances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination and supervision of construction projects
• Experience with commercial HVAC mechanical equipment and/or BAS
• Excellent interpersonal and client interface skills
• Ability to obtain security clearances/badges as required

Responsibilities

• Supervise field teams on HVAC, controls and related equipment
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure on-schedule performance
• Coordinate safety, quality control and contract compliance
• Plan work tasks and monitor progress with PM
• Prepare budgets and forecasts with PM
• Coordinate inspections and client requirements
• Lead regular site meetings with stakeholders
