Qualifications

• Experience with commercial/industrial building tech and HVAC controls systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain government security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, commissioning and checkout of HVAC controls and BAS.
• Diagnose and repair electronic and digital control malfunctions.
• Train customers and provide documentation on operation of control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer requirements.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
