Job summary

• Requirements include suitability/fitness determination, background investigation, security clearance eligibility, and willingness to sign a statement for influenza vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Technical evaluation of medical records and registration of new patients.
• Compile reports and file appropriate forms regarding medical records as needed.
• Ensure medical records are readily available for patient care, quality assurance, audits, legal reviews, etc.
• Perform weekly quality review that includes review and screening of medical records to ensure medical records are properly filed and sequenced.
• Screen and analyze medical records of beneficiaries.
