Job summary

HDR is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Federal Marketing Team. This role includes research, content development, database maintenance, and proposal-related activities to help prepare SF-330, RFQ, and RFP submittals.

You will coordinate with technical, operations, and marketing staff to gather information, edit materials for accuracy, and assist with pursuit qualification activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Marketing, communications, proposal coordination, business development, or related experience.
• Associate degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, editing, proofreading, grammar and spelling.
• Experience writing, editing, and coordinating professional business documents.
• Experience with proposals, qualifications packages, or marketing materials.
• Experience maintaining databases containing resumes, project information, photography or other content.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, coordination, preparation, and production of technical proposals and submittals.
• Assist with proposal-related research and preliminary development of resumes, project descriptions, and marketing content.
• Maintain and update marketing databases including resumes, project information and photography.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and marketing staff to gather information for proposals and descriptions.
• Draft and edit non-technical content and review marketing materials for accuracy and HDR brand standards.
• Assist with pursuit qualification activities and Go/No-Go decisions.
