Job summary

Samyak Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Assistant II to support federal logistics and supply chain operations.

This role maintains accurate inventory records and coordinates distribution, order fulfillment, and contract management under Government procedures. The position covers data entry, QA/QC support, and coordination with 3PL providers during Public Health Emergency (PHE) responses, ensuring timely shipments and audit-ready records while aligning with Government guidelines

Qualifications

• Deep logistics knowledge and data-entry accuracy are required.
• Experience maintaining inventory records and QA/QC support.
• Ability to coordinate with 3PL providers during PHE responses.

Responsibilities

• Enter inventory transactions in Government systems and verify against source docs.
• Maintain cold chain documentation and support QA/QC activities.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers on receipts, shipments, and status.
• Support Operations Center functions and track costs and records.
