Qualifications

• Professional legal videography experience with sole responsibility for capture, audio and delivery.
• Own professional video and audio recording equipment; Government furnishes no equipment on this contract.
• US citizenship or residency status as required by DoJ; residency for at least three of the last five years.
• Ability to clear a Department of Justice background investigation for assignments.
• Availability for depositions within 50 miles of New Orleans.
• Current resume showing location, education, experience and security clearance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Produce an accurate video record of federal depositions.
• Manage the live video stream and recording on remote depositions, keeping the deponent in full view.
• Set up, test and operate professional video and audio equipment at each proceeding, with backup recording.
• Work alongside the court reporter so video record and transcript align.
• Protect confidentiality of testimony, recordings and exhibits.
• Maintain a documented chain of custody for recorded media and deliver it securely.
• Coordinate assignment claims and confirmations through CLFC BRIDGE App.
