Job summary

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is seeking a professional legal videographer to produce video records of federal depositions within 50 miles of New Orleans. The role involves managing live video streams, coordinating with court reporters and ensuring secure handling of recordings and transcripts.

You will operate your own equipment, support on-site and remote depositions, and maintain chain-of-custody for media.

Qualifications

• Professional legal videography experience with sole responsibility for capture, audio and delivery.
• Own professional video and audio recording equipment; government furnishes none.
• US citizen or national, or lawful permanent resident with residency in the US for at least the last three of five years.
• Ability to clear a DOJ background investigation where required.
• Availability for depositions within 50 miles of New Orleans.
• Resume showing location, education, experience, and training must be provided to Government with quote.

Responsibilities

• Produce an accurate video record of federal depositions.
• Manage the live video stream and recording on remote depositions; ensure the deponent remains fully visible.
• Set up, test and operate professional video and audio equipment at each proceeding, with backup recording.
• Work with the court reporter so video record and transcript align.
• Protect confidentiality of testimony, recordings and exhibits.
• Maintain a documented chain of custody for recorded media and deliver it securely.
• Coordinate assignment claims and confirmations through the CLFC BRIDGE App.
