Job summary

• Professional legal videography experience with sole responsibility for capture, audio and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Produce an accurate video record of federal depositions.
• Manage the live video stream and the recording on remote depositions, keeping the deponent in full view.
• Set up, test and operate professional video/audio equipment at each proceeding, with backup recording.
• Work with the court reporter so the video record and transcript align.
• Protect confidentiality of testimony, recordings and exhibits.
• Maintain a documented chain of custody for recorded media and deliver via secure channels.
• Coordinate assignment claims and confirmations through CLFC BRIDGE App.
