Job summary

MetaPhase is seeking a motivated Federal Law Enforcement Mission Support consultant with 2–8+ years of experience to support DHS initiatives. You will apply research, analysis, and communication skills across transformation, data analysis, and training projects for federal programs.

Work with government stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, develop recommendations, and drive adoption of technology.

Qualifications

2 to 8+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, business transformation, IT, program operations, data analysis, training, communications, or related mission support activities.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, information systems, communications, education, data analytics, or related field.
Experience supporting DHS, federal law enforcement, DOD, or other federal government environments with understanding of technology, processes, and people.
Ability to learn unfamiliar organizations, processes, systems, and subject matter quickly for day-to-day client work.
Strong written and verbal communication with government clients, technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Genuine interest in continuous learning and growth, including ICE mission knowledge and evolving technology.

Responsibilities

Understand mission needs with government stakeholders and advance delivery and adoption of technology and business solutions.
Learn client missions, structures, processes, and IT systems to be a trusted team member.
Research, analyze, and document needs, translating into clear requirements and work products.
Analyze current processes to identify challenges and practical improvements.
Lead implementation and adoption of new systems and processes through engagement, training, change management, and user support.
Develop client deliverables: briefings, process docs, user guides, SOPs, reports, and presentations.
Take ownership of initiatives, identify risks, seek information, and follow through with limited direction.
