MetaPhase Consulting LLC seeks a Cyber Capability Developer with 8+ years of experience to design, build, test, and sustain specialized cyber capabilities for Federal mission environments. You will create secure data- ingest pipelines, digital forensics tooling, and automated delivery practices to accelerate incident triage and threat analysis.

The role requires on-site support in Washington, DC, with hybrid scheduling and eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cyber capability development or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, cybersecurity or related field.
• Eligibility for TS/SCI clearance; US citizenship required.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages listed above.
• Experience with secure coding, tooling, and SDLC processes.
• Ability to collaborate with analysts, engineers, and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain digital forensic tooling for incident response.
• Develop secure data-ingest pipelines and automation.
• Create cross-platform cyber capabilities for mission environments.
• Implement secure coding, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Document designs, procedures, and training materials.
• Work with diverse teams to deliver capabilities end-to-end.
