  • Lead the implementation and adoption of new or enhanced systems, processes, and capabilities through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change management, and user support activities.
  • Analyze program, operational, or user data and develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, presentations, or other products that help stakeholders understand information and make informed decisions.
  • Develop clear, professional client deliverables, including briefings, process documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, presentations, reports, and other mission support materials with quick turnarounds.
  • Take ownership of initiatives, proactively identify questions or risks, seek out information, and follow through on commitments with limited day to day direction.

  • Experience supporting DHS, federal law enforcement, DOD, or another related federal government environment, with the ability to understand how technology, business processes, and people come together to support the mission.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar organizations, business processes, systems, and subject matter quickly and apply that knowledge effectively in day to day client work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop professional work products and communicate effectively with government clients, technical teams, leadership, and other stakeholders.
