Job summary

Wildflower-International is seeking an Account Engagement Specialist to serve federal contracts and manage existing client relationships in the IT sector. This inside sales role handles inquiries, prepares timely quotes, and ensures customer satisfaction while coordinating with sales, technical support, and procurement teams.

You will monitor contract lifecycles, seek renewal opportunities, and work toward meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in customer service, administrative, or sales roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ERP, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to support sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for federal clients under existing contracts.
• Research pricing, availability, and product details; provide quotes.
• Build and maintain client relationships; ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor lifecycle of pre-existing contracts; identify renewal opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, technical support, and procurement teams.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and quotes in CRM.
• Resolve client issues; escalate when necessary.
• Stay informed on industry trends and procurement changes.
• Perform other duties to support the company's mission and values.
