You will identify opportunities, schedule meetings, coordinate quotes, and support Account Managers through the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework or a 2-year degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, business development, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally.
• Demonstrated persistence, professionalism, initiative, and resilience when engaging customers and managing follow-up activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-up activities.
• Ability to make outbound calls, conduct basic discoveries, and develop professional customer relationships.
• Ability to use CRM and ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications effectively.

Responsibilities

• Research & Prospecting: Outbound calls and emails to identify potential IT requirements and sales opportunities.
• Organizational mapping of target and existing accounts to identify key decision makers and relationships.
• Sales Development: Conduct discovery conversations to identify requirements and opportunities; schedule qualified meetings.
• Sales Execution & Support: Prepare, coordinate, and deliver customer quotes; assist with communications and pricing processes.
• Pipeline & Performance Management: Maintain CRM records, track opportunity status, and meet outbound activity targets.
