Job summary

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC, is seeking an Associate System Administrator to join our Information Technology Support Services team supporting FEMA at NETC in Emmitsburg, Maryland. You will handle a wide range of systems support issues, assist with software/hardware deployments, and train users on new tools.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or 3 years related experience, US citizenship, and an A+ certification preferred.

• Must be a US citizen and able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• A+ certification (or higher) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and resolve various ranges of systems support issues.
• Support authorized software and hardware products.
• Guide users through problem resolution.
• Install, upgrade, monitor, and maintain computer equipment and devices.
• Train users on new hardware or software and email.
