Job summary

Eagle Integrated Services is seeking an Associate System Administrator to join our Information Technology Support Services team in support of FEMA at the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) in Emmitsburg, Maryland.

The role involves troubleshooting system issues, supporting software and hardware, training users, and ensuring security compliance while managing work orders under SLA and using remote management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required or 3 years related experience.
• US citizenship and ability to pass pre-employment background check required.
• A+ certification (or higher) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple work orders.

Responsibilities

• Assess and resolve system support issues.
• Support authorized software and hardware products.
• Guide users through problem resolution and provide training.
• Install, upgrade, monitor, and maintain computer equipment and devices.
• Respond to security events and promote vulnerability mitigation.
