Job summary

Osi Vision, LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager to support modernization of a Federal Government digital platform. You will provide technical oversight, PMO support, and coordination across government stakeholders, vendors, and sustainment teams.

The role uses ServiceNow SPM/ITSM to monitor metrics, risks, and milestones, and requires DoD experience, Sec+ clearance, and strong executive reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years in IT project management or PMO support.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow in DoD or federal environments.
• Active Secret clearance.
• CSM/PMI-ACP/PMP or comparable cert.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM/ITSM and Agile.
• Experience in secure federal cloud environments (GovCloud/Azure Gov).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate across government stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software lifecycle, web app and DB engineering for an enterprise platform.
• Provide technical oversight, integration management, and PMO support to Government IT leadership.
• Coordinate among government stakeholders, implementation and sustainment teams, vendors.
• Use ServiceNow to monitor schedules, scope, milestones, risks, and requirements.
• Monitor Agile delivery, sprint velocity, burn-down, backlogs, and defects.
• Design and use ServiceNow dashboards for program performance indicators.
• Review technical submissions and provide independent assessments to leadership.
• Prepare executive-level weekly status reports and briefings.
• Identify dependencies, risks, resource constraints; coordinate mitigations.
• Support cybersecurity workforce qualifications per DoD requirements.
