Job summary

Tyler Technologies Federal Team is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to support the delivery, enhancement, operation, and maintenance of mission-cri tical systems for the Library of Congress.

The successful candidate will combine disciplined project management with a practical, collaborative approach to Agile delivery, coordinating with federal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive work to successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of experience managing software development, modernization, operations and maintenance projects.
• Experience with Agile project management and cross‑functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and delivery commitments.
• Develop and maintain PM artifacts: schedules, risk/issue registers, release plans, status reports.
• Coordinate across development, QA, DevSecOps, security, operations, and federal stakeholders.
