Job summary

Yulista seeks a Project Management lead to oversee the execution of multiple EOIR-related projects across the EOIR Headquarters and field locations. You will ensure continuity during contract transitions, coordinate with Government Task Managers, and manage schedules, risks, and deliverables to support mission-critical operations.

The role requires delivering weekly status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries while ensuring compliance with contractual objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DOJ/EOIR or similar Federal agencies.
• Experience leading enterprise IT modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in cloud-based and hybrid IT environments.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects supporting EOIR Headquarters and field operations.
• Maintain continuity during contract transition and coordinate with Government Task Managers.
• Develop, monitor and report project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Prepare weekly status reports, executive summaries, dashboards and ad hoc reports for the Government.
