ActioNet seeks a Tier 3 Cybersecurity Analyst to lead advanced threat detection, incident response, and forensic investigations within a capable SOC. You will fuse multi-source data to identify sophisticated threats and guide analysts across tiers.

The role emphasizes leadership, threat hunting, and collaboration with federal agencies, leveraging extensive security technologies and logging initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity operations, incident response, malware analysis, forensics, or network security.
• Experience in network security architecture, incident detection and response, malware analysis, and forensics.
• Experience analyzing and integrating data from multiple intelligence and security sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced incident detection, response, containment, eradication, and recovery for complex incidents.
• Threat hunting using analytics, SIEM correlation, threat intel, and detection methods.
• Conduct comprehensive cyber forensics (host, network, endpoint, malware).
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify emerging threats and patterns.
• Integrate attack analysis with threat intel for investigations and response.
• Develop SIEM analytics, use cases, rules, automation, and SOAR playbooks.
