Job summary

LCG is seeking a Project Manager, Contract Delivery to lead federal IT program delivery for HHS and its divisions from the Rockville, MD area. The role demands hands-on technical leadership across project governance, budgets, staffing, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, federal contract experience, and the ability to build trusted client relationships while delivering enterprise solutions in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years managing federal IT or technical service delivery programs.
• 2+ years leading or supervising technical teams.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience with Agile software development and project scheduling.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance and work onsite three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of federal IT programs and meet objectives.
• Establish standards, methodologies, and quality practices across programs.
• Develop plans, schedules, staffing, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, risks, and overall program health.
• Coordinate Agile delivery with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to ensure client satisfaction and contract alignment.
