Job summary

Capgemini Government Solutions is seeking a Junior Project Management Analyst in McLean, VA to assist with project tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination for federal IT programs.

The role supports Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches and requires a four-year level of experience, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain government clearance. Proficiency with PM tools like MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow is expected.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist with mitigation planning.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, and communications with government stakeholders, program teams, and leadership.
• Track project budgets, milestones, and contractual deliverables to support program objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and governance requirements.
• Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Assist with federal IT initiatives, including cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, and ICAM programs.
