Job summary

Capgemini Government Solutions LLC in McLean, VA is seeking a Junior Project Management Analyst to assist with project tracking, risk management, and contract deliverables across the program lifecycle.

You will work with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful program execution, applying PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies and supporting federal IT initiatives including cybersecurity and cloud.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Eligible to acquire and maintain Government Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Four (4) years of direct experience managing technical projects, enterprise IT implementations, or systems engineering contracts within cleared government or corporate environments.
Experience supporting federal government contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

Support project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking across the project lifecycle.
Maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist with mitigation planning.
Coordinate meetings, action items, and communications with government stakeholders, program teams, and leadership.
Track project budgets, milestones, and contractual deliverables to support program objectives.
Ensure compliance with quality, security, and governance requirements.
Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Assist with federal IT initiatives, including cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, and ICAM programs.
