Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking a Documentation Specialist to support federal IT systems development, modernization, and operations. This role requires knowledge and understanding of federal IT processes and technology environments, including DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, Oracle-based systems, and Java application stacks.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to obtain a Tier-3 Secret Clearance.
• 5-7 years in configuration management and technical documentation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar documentation tools.
• Familiarity with federal standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern program and technical documentation.
• Manage documentation repositories and templates; ensure version control.
• Support knowledge transfer, audit readiness, and contract compliance.
• Document CI/CD processes, platform changes, and system architectures.
• Prepare and submit contract deliverables (CDRLs) as needed.
• Maintain records for cybersecurity, quality assurance, and program reviews.
