Job summary

Concept Plus LLC is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Lead to design, implement, and continuously improve secure CI/CD pipelines on OCI for Oracle eBusiness platforms. You will embed security, quality, and automation across the lifecycle, ensuring rapid delivery with DoD compliance and 5+ years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years in DevSecOps, platform engineering, or software delivery engineering.
• Proficiency with YAML for configuration, pipeline, and IaC definition.
• Hands-on Ansible for configuration management and automated provisioning.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and branching/merge strategies.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• IaC using Terraform with state management and automated compliance.
• Kubernetes (K8s) deployment and management experience.
• Experience integrating SAST/DAST/SCAs into pipelines and security tooling.
• Knowledge of DoD RMF/ATO processes and embedding security into pipelines.
• Active DoD Secret clearance to start; maintainable for duration of program.
• Active DoD 8140/8570 IAT-II or higher certification at hire.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines on OCI.
• Develop IaC using Ansible, YAML, and Terraform for provisioning and compliance.
• Architect, deploy, and manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes/OKE.
• Integrate SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanning tools into pipelines.
• Establish automated test framework to support Government test objectives.
• Enforce code quality, branching strategies, and Git governance.
• Embed DoD RMF/ATO controls into CI/CD workflows for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity Lead to meet DoD 8140/8570 baselines.
• Lead DevSecOps toolchain onboarding, training, and standards adoption.
• Monitor pipeline performance and report results to PM and government stakeholders.
• Align DevSecOps with OCI architecture including DevOps services, Artifact Registry, and Vault.
• Develop automated patching, configuration compliance, and vulnerability remediation workflows.
