Job summary

Concept Plus seeks an experienced DevSecOps Lead to design, implement, and improve secure CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services. You will embed security, automation, and IaC across development to operations with a focus on DoD compliant pipelines.

Role requires 5+ years in DevSecOps, strong YAML/Ansible/Terraform skills, and hands-on Kubernetes experience in a DoD or federal environment. Active secret clearance and DoD 8140/8570 IAT-II certification are required to start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on DevSecOps, platform engineering, or software delivery engineering experience.
• Proficiency with YAML for configuration, pipeline, and IaC definition.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and automated provisioning.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and branching/merge strategies.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or comparable tooling.
• Terraform IaC experience including state management and automated enforcement.
• Kubernetes (K8s) administration and workload security experience.
• Experience integrating SAST, DAST, and security scanners into pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for OCI-based services.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Ansible, YAML, and Terraform.
• Architect, deploy, and manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes or OCI Container Engine.
• Integrate security testing tools into pipelines to enforce secure development practices.
• Establish a comprehensive automated test framework for unit, integration, and performance tests.
• Enforce code quality, branching strategies, and version control governance across teams.
• Embed DoD RMF controls and security checks into CI/CD workflows for ATO readiness.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity Lead/ISSO to meet DoD 8140/8570 baselines.
• Lead DevSecOps toolchain onboarding and standards adoption across teams.
• Monitor pipeline performance and report results to stakeholders.
