Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an Applications & Integration Lead to manage enterprise applications, middleware, and SaaS platforms for a Federal client in Washington, DC. The role is hybrid with 1 day onsite and requires ability to obtain a Public Trust.

You will lead operations, integration, and release activities, ensuring secure, reliable services across the client’s enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on enterprise application operations, integration, and middleware experience.
• Proven experience leading an enterprise applications or integration team in Federal or comparable environment.
• Experience with SaaS platform administration in enterprise settings.
• Experience with release and environment management for enterprise portfolios.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP and NIST SP 800-53 controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise applications and integration team to deliver reliable operation and support of the portfolio.
• Establish and enforce ITIL 4 aligned operational standards and procedures.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex incidents and problems.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of application incidents and changes.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Microsoft, and NOC teams for seamless support.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks for all services.
