Job summary

Halvik Corp in Greenbelt, MD seeks an IT Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams within the NASA SEWP program, translating needs into functional specifications and guiding design and delivery of technology solutions.

You will support testing, process improvement, and documentation in a high-visibility federal environment; onsite presence is required three days per week. A Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in information systems, business administration, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT operations, service delivery, or systems analysis in government or enterprise environments.
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Jira or Azure DevOps; strong Microsoft 365 knowledge (Teams, Power Automate, Exchange, Azure AD).
• Strong documentation, process mapping, and knowledge management skills.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance and onsite presence in Greenbelt, MD at least 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional requirements and guide design, development, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Manage requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution validation to meet timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with SEWP PMO staff, Civil Servants, Contractors, IT teams, and agency customers to align solutions with objectives.
• Maintain process docs and SharePoint collaboration environments; support system integration across SEWP apps.
• Elicit and manage requirements with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint; ensure traceability through project lifecycle.
• Support UAT, system integration testing, and defect tracking to ensure quality before deployment.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, status reports, and stakeholder communications for leadership.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
