Qualifications

• Education or equivalent professional experience in information systems or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional IT operations, service delivery, or systems analysis in enterprise or federal government environments.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or Azure DevOps; strong MS365 knowledge; process mapping and knowledge mgmt systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and documentation of functional requirements and SOPs across SEWP initiatives.
• Manage requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution validation to meet timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with SEWP PMO, Civil Servants, Contract Holders, IT teams, and agency customers.
• Maintain process documentation and support system integration across SEWP applications (Online Catalog, QRT).
• Elicit, document, and manage requirements with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint; ensure traceability.
• Support UAT, system integration testing, and defect tracking to ensure quality before deployment.
• Develop executive briefings and status reports for leadership.
