Job summary

All Points Logistics, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst II to support NASA's Office of Strategic Infrastructure and Center Operations as part of the AEGIS Program. The role includes SharePoint Online administration, Microsoft 365 collaboration, governance, and process improvement.

You will work with NASA customers and mission teams to deliver practical solutions that improve collaboration and information sharing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers and mission teams to understand challenges and information needs.
  • Translate requirements into SharePoint Online pages, libraries, lists, and forms.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and metadata structures.
  • Improve usability and information governance through metadata best practices.
  • Support site collections, permissions, storage, and admin activities.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 collaboration features including Teams and OneDrive.
  • Develop site templates, configurations, and content standards.
  • Build solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and 365 capabilities.
  • Implement governance, retention, and security per policy.
  • Support document lifecycle, archiving, and version control.
  • Troubleshoot access, performance, and user issues.
  • Assist with migrations, onboarding, and modernization efforts.
  • Provide recommendations to improve current SharePoint and 365 environments.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting to support decisions.
  • Create technical and process documentation and presentations.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and progress to leadership.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES:

All Points is seeking a Business Analyst II to support NASA's Office of Strategic Infrastructure and Center Operations Directorate as part of the AEGIS Program.

Remote work may be available; however, candidates MUST reside within 50 miles of a major NASA facility. Remote work is subject to management approval, customer requirements, and program needs.

This position provides business analysis, SharePoint Online administration, Microsoft 365 collaboration support, records management, process improvement, and information management services. The selected candidate will work directly with NASA customers, stakeholders, and mission teams to develop practical and user-friendly solutions that improve collaboration, information sharing, governance, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable translating business requirements into SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions while supporting day-to-day administration, documentation, process improvement efforts, and customer engagement activities.

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Meet regularly with customers, site owners, and mission teams to understand operational challenges and information management requirements
  • Translate business requirements into SharePoint Online solutions including pages, libraries, lists, workflows, and forms
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, metadata structures, and content organization strategies
  • Improve usability, searchability, and information management through metadata and taxonomy best practices
  • Support site collections, permissions, storage management, access controls, and SharePoint administration activities
  • Assist customers with Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online
  • Develop and maintain site templates, list configurations, term stores, and content management standards
  • Build solutions utilizing SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 capabilities
  • Implement governance, retention, compliance, and security requirements based on organizational policies
  • Support document lifecycle management, archiving, version control, and records retention processes
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint Online access, configuration, performance, and user support issues
  • Assist with SharePoint migrations, site onboarding activities, and solution modernization efforts
  • Evaluate current SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting capabilities supporting customer decision-making
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, diagrams, reports, and presentations
  • Communicate project status, risks, recommendations, and progress updates to leadership and stakeholders

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in:

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
  • 4+ years of professional experience supporting SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, business analysis, collaboration solutions, or related technologies
