Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
- [PMP] Certification required.
- Agile/Scrum certification required.
- 12+ years IT program management experience.
- 8+ years managing Federal IT programs.
- Experience leading Agile software development and modernization programs.
- Experience managing distributed product teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage all contract operations and performance.
- Lead Agile product delivery across multiple application portfolios.
- Oversee product roadmaps, release planning, and backlog management.
- Conduct executive status reviews and monthly performance meetings.
- Coordinate transition-in and transition-out activities.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Ensure achievement of technical, schedule, quality, and performance objectives.
- Serve as primary interface to Government leadership and stakeholders.
