Job summary

TechFlow, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a mission-critical DoD software development and modernization program.

You will serve as the primary liaison with Government leadership and provide strategic direction, execution oversight, and cross-functional coordination for a multidisciplinary Agile team. You will ensure delivery of contract requirements while promoting secure, scalable software solutions and continuous improvement using DoD pathways, DevSecOps, and best

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing DoD software development programs.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
PM certification and Agile leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary interface between TechFlow and Government leadership (COR and customer stakeholders).
Provide overall leadership and direction for all contract personnel.
Manage program execution to meet technical, cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives.
Lead planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring across multiple workstreams.
Oversee delivery of secure, scalable software using Agile and DevSecOps practices.
Guide DoD SWP-aligned execution to meet customer objectives and strategy.
Foster collaboration across software engineering, cloud, DB, testing, and Agile PM functions.
Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and drive continuous process improvement.
