Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Contracts and Acquisitions Program Analyst to support DoD acquisitions, cost accounting, and program reporting. The role involves coordinating with SMEs, engineers, schedulers, and customers to ensure program success while maintaining budget and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have DoD experience, MS Office proficiency, and a TS/SCI clearance, with a strong PMO background.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD acquisitions developing products, such as PWS and RFPs.
• Planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports for program development and execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in a PMO, or 12+ years in a PMO in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and project cost accounting in support of acquisitions.
• Develop tactical plans and communicate with SMEs, engineers, schedulers, and customers.
• Generate and present comprehensive program reports to improve development and execution.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of program strategy and goals.
